Understanding Dental Insurance and Financing

Many people delay necessary dental treatment due to financial considerations. We also understand that finances can strain the doctor-patient relationship, so we strive to provide as many options as possible to help patients afford their dental treatment. Our team will never proceed with any treatment until you completely understand the recommended procedures and the associated financial commitment for those services.

We offer several payment options so that you can determine what works for your situation, including cash, check, and most major credit cards. You can also apply with CareCredit, a healthcare financing company that offers no-interest payment options for eligible participants.

As a courtesy to our patients, we accept assignment of benefits (payment) from most dental insurance plans. Our team will verify your insurance coverage and benefits so that we can give you a close estimate about how much your insurance company will pay toward your dental care. Please keep us updated as to changes in insurance coverage and take care of your estimated portion at each appointment. In the event that your insurance carrier pays more than estimated, we will gladly refund the difference to you. If the insurance company does not cover a visit, the balance ultimately becomes the responsibility of the patient.
